Restored Vintage Instruments

Fall Creek now offers a specialized selection of vintage mallet instruments.

If you demand the quality of classic older mallet instruments but are unable to find the right instrument at a reasonable price, perhaps we can help.

Realizing that prices of used mallet instruments, especially vintage mallet instruments, have been moving ever higher, our aim is to find, restore, and offer only the finest of these wonderful older instruments at fair, affordable prices.

All restoration work is done by Fall Creek's fine craftspeople. All tuning is done by Bill Youhass. Restored instruments come with a 1 year tuning warantee.

Consignment Instruments

Consignment instruments are carefully screened. We offer only those instruments in 'very good' to like-new condition. We will tune consignment instruments once at ANY TIME at 50% off the current tuning fee.

	Musser Canterbury Marimba 4.3 octaves $8,500
	Excellent condition. One owner since purchase around 1950. A true classic. Only about 125 ever built. Many believe this was the finest, most resonant marimba ever made. Includes cases (not shown) See owners statement.

	Deagan #932 3.5 octave xylophone $2,800
	Restored to better than new condition. Bars are in excellent condition, and have been refinished. Very sturdy frame has been stripped and painted. Resonators stripped and painted. Rails have new cord, insulators and springs. Photos are a little dark. Bar finish is lighter.

	Deagan #354 4 Octave Marimba $2,800 SOLD
	Very good condition Bars in very good condition and have been tuned to A-440 and re-lacquered. (Graduated: 2 1/4" – 1 5/8") Brass resonators have been highly polished Very sturdy frame 4" locking casters have been added, as well as extra stainless steel bracing Rails have been varnished with new insulators, bar cord and springs
